WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

At this time we accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Only one card may be applied per order.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Idaho.

IS MY TRANSACTION AND INFORMATION SECURE?

Your privacy and safety is the top priority for us while you are shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect during checkout is solely used to contact you about your order if needed. Top safety measures are put into place to ensure your personal information stays protected and cannot be read or intercepted as it it processed in our system.

CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS LOCALLY?

Our goods are carried in stores around the United States. Please take a look at our stockist page for more information.

WHY IS MY CARD BEING DECLINED WHEN I TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER?

The payment can be unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. If you continue to experience difficulties placing your order after contacting your bank or the credit card company, please contact us for further assistance.

CAN COURAGE CARD CO. PROVIDE COMPANY GIFTS AND BULK ORDERS FOR MY EVENT? 

You are welcome to email info@couragecard.co with the details of your event or bulk order and our team will be in touch with you regarding your request.

ORDERS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

All orders ship from our facility in Boise, ID within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. Shipments will take about 2-5 business days for orders delivered within the US, and shipping times will vary for all other destinations outside of the contiguous US. Once your order has shipped you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number that includes an estimated delivery date for your order.

Please note that any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday will not ship until the following Monday as we do not ship orders on these days.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email. If you need your tracking number provided, or would like assistance with tracking your order, please contact our team at info@couragecard.co and we will be happy to help.

WHAT IS COURAGE CARD CO.'S RETURN POLICY?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
